A scheduled cut runs Tuesday and Friday at 06:30 Asia/Kolkata. It scans sources since the last edition, writes original briefs, ages older items, and rebuilds Today.

1. Open KDP Community, D2D, IngramSpark, Kobo, ACX.
2. Open Writer Beware. Pin only if an active scam or account threat exists.
3. Read ALLi news, Dale’s news episode if new, Jane Friedman, Indie Author Magazine.
4. Sweep Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, ChatGPT/OpenAI ads, and Amazon Ads (including DSP and Sponsored Products) for generic advertiser updates — not only book-specific posts. File those briefs in the main Today stack and in Advertising for Books.
5. Sweep Written Word Media, Publishing Perspectives, Publishers Weekly for crossover stories.
6. Communities are a tipsheet only. Confirm before publishing.
7. Write original briefs. Primary URL first. Rebuild. Leave a short editor’s note in the edition cut note.
